What to know:
Sales
All sales are FINAL with clothing items. All purchases will be covered by a 30-day warranty in the event that it is found defective.
Custom Items
Custom items will not be returned,exchanged, or replaced unless there was a clerical error on our part, to which we will work to rectify this situation immediately. Once the final is approved, this will conclude the sale of the item.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will allow limited exchanges for non-custom items, lapel pins, and cigar shop pieces. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of T.A.C.
Shipping

All orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Any order placed before 10am Wednesday will ship at 12pm Wednesday unless this is a specialized item. Items in the "Aces Humidor" are considered specialized and will ship via our fulfillment center.

All orders placed after the 10 am deadline will ship on Friday, the same week at 12 pm.

We offer rush shipping for lapel pins, ties, and eyewear, but all other items will take 7 days to complete for those that are nonspecialized/ in-house branded.

Once we fulfill the order, you will receive a tracking number. If the order has to be broken up, we will email you to inform you of both tracking situations.
